These are the terms that govern your use of Parentsi. We have written them to be as clear and human as possible. If something is unclear, just ask us.
Who can use Parentsi
Parentsi is for parents and legal guardians. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of at least one child. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
How to use Parentsi
Parentsi is a place to connect with other parents nearby. Please be kind, honest, and respectful. Do not impersonate anyone, post harmful or misleading content, or use the app to harass or harm others. Use it the way you would want others to use it with you.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know at hello@parentsi.app as soon as possible.
Promo codes
Promo codes for Parentsi are issued through Google Play. A code gives you a free trial period of the Plus subscription. When the free period ends, the subscription renews at the price shown in Google Play unless you cancel it in Google Play before that date. Google Play may ask you for a payment method when you redeem a code. Codes have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for payment. Each code can be used once. To redeem a code, you must be 18 or older and in a country where Parentsi is available. Codes may expire or be withdrawn, and Google may change or end its promo code program at any time. Redeeming a code is also subject to Google Play's own terms. Parentsi does not give codes in exchange for reviews or ratings.
Your privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect and how we use it.
No guarantee of availability
We do our best to keep Parentsi running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be updated, taken offline for maintenance, or changed at any time. We are a small team building something we care about, and we will always try to give you a heads up for planned downtime.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing us. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create a harmful environment for other users. We will only do this when we genuinely have to.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continuing to use Parentsi after those changes means you accept the updated terms.
